3. Purchase of Second Hand Items
   1. By purchasing second hand items from our shop, you agree that:
      1. All items are sold in their current condition, and we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition or quality of the items. Please refer to the product image to see the product quality or contact us for more information about the product.
      2. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless the item is significantly not as described. This will be decided at the discretion of Naoko Books.
      3. Prices listed are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice.
   2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that violate these Terms and Conditions.
   3. We ship our products through CTT in Editorial Shipping mode. Any delays, damages or loss of products caused by CTT in transit will need to be addressed with CTT by the customer directly. Naoko Books are not liable for any damage in transit once the product is shipped.
      1. Products are dispatched within 48 hours of the funds being received. Shipping times are estimated at 7 business days but may vary. Azores and Madeira regions may take longer. We only ship to Portugal.
      2. Product prices include shipping.
